  • Operating System Version: Please ensure your Windows system is updated to the recommended versions listed above to guarantee full software compatibility.
  • Processor Performance: Performance must meet or exceed the benchmark standards of an Intel® Core™ i5-1240P.
  • Storage Recommendations: While a 1 TB hard drive is the minimum requirement, a Solid State Drive (SSD) is strongly recommended to significantly improve loading speeds and overall system responsivenes

 
To ensure compatibility with the Sympholight system, follow these steps:

  1. Use Hyper-V/VMware on Windows to create two virtual machines (VMs) and run Sympholight and Sympholink separately in each VM.
  2. The server must have dual network ports, each configured with a unique IP address, so that Sympholight and Sympholink can operate on a dedicated (channel).
